This policy explains what information Limitless (LIMITLE$$, also known as Limitless Trading and Chicago Trades) collects when you visit go.mylimitlesstrading.com, join our email list or buy from us, and what we do with it. Limitless is operated by a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. Questions go to contact@mylimitlesstrading.com.

What we collect

• Your email address when you request the free starter kit, plus anything you choose to tell us when you reply to an email.
• Purchase and membership details when you buy through Whop, such as what you bought and your membership status. Whop processes payments. We never see your full card number.
• The Discord and TradingView usernames you connect so we can give you access to what you bought.
• Basic visit and click information collected with cookies and similar tools from Whop and from our email provider, so we can see which pages and emails are useful.

How we use it

• To send you the starter kit and our emails, and to answer your replies.
• To give you access to the indicators, the community and anything else you buy.
• To understand which pages, videos and emails help people, and improve them.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our terms and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run our business for us: Kit (email), Whop (checkout and memberships), Cloudflare (website hosting), Zapier (connecting Whop to our email list), and Discord and TradingView (access to what you bought). We may also share information when the law requires it.

Your emails and replies

Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and you can leave the list any time. When you reply, your message comes to our inbox and is read and answered by us. We may use software tools to help organize and answer replies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or a member, and for up to 3 years after that for our records, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@mylimitlesstrading.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.

Children

Our site, emails and products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above.
